  1. Scope of Services:

    • Sentinel Safety Solution agrees to provide security services as outlined in the agreed-upon contract. The specific services, including but not limited are detailed in the attached agreement.

  2. Duration of Services:

    • The duration of security services shall commence with a contract, unless terminated earlier as outlined in these terms and conditions or the agreement.

  3. Fees and Payment:

    • Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for security services. Payment terms, including invoicing frequency and due dates, are specified in the attached agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the agreement.

  4. Termination of Services:

    • Either party may terminate security services upon written notice in accordance with the terms outlined in the agreement. Sentinel Safety Solution reserves the right to terminate services immediately in case of non-compliance with contractual obligations, unethical conduct, or violation of applicable laws.

  5. Client Responsibilities:

    • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their security needs, premises, and any potential risks. Failure to provide accurate information may impact the effectiveness of the security services.

  6. Confidentiality:

    • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained during the provision of security services. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

  7. Indemnification:

    • Clients agree to indemnify and hold Sentinel Safety Solution, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the client's use of the security services.

  8. Liability Limitations:

    • Sentinel Safety Solution shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising directly or indirectly from the provision of security services beyond the limitations allowed by applicable California laws.

  9. Governing Law:

    • This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California. Any legal action arising from or related to this agreement shall be filed and litigated in the appropriate California court.

By engaging Sentinel Safety Solution for security services in California, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in these terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions - the basics 

  1. Regulatory Compliance:

    • Sentinel Safety Solution operates in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing security services in the state of California, including but not limited to the Business and Professions Code, Private Security Services Act (PSSA), and other relevant statutes.

  2. Licensing and Certification:

    • Sentinel Safety Solution affirms that all security personnel providing services in California are duly licensed and certified in accordance with state regulations.

  3. Limited Liability:

    • Clients acknowledge and agree that Sentinel Safety Solution assumes no liability for events beyond our control, and our liability is limited to the extent permitted by California law.

  4. Privacy Laws:

    • Sentinel Safety Solution is committed to adhering to California's privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and will take all necessary measures to protect the privacy and confidentiality of client information.

  5. Duty of Care:

    • Sentinel Safety Solution undertakes to provide security services with due care and professionalism. However, clients understand that security is inherently uncertain, and Sentinel Safety Solution cannot guarantee absolute security against all risks.

  6. Dispute Resolution:

    • In the event of a dispute, clients and Sentinel Safety Solution agree to attempt to resolve the matter through mediation in accordance with California law before pursuing any legal action.

  7. Termination and Notice:

    • Either party may terminate security services upon written notice, in accordance with the terms outlined in the agreement. Sentinel Safety Solution reserves the right to terminate services immediately in case of non-compliance with applicable laws or regulations.

  8. Choice of Law:

    • This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California. Any legal action arising from or related to this agreement shall be filed and litigated in the appropriate California court.
